Food by God is a term used by Dr Ben Lerner in the book Body By God. In this book he explains that a Body by God (your body) runs best when fueled with Food by God (foods created by God). The closer a food is to it’s natural state, the more nutrition it brings to the body. Ding Dongs and Doritos for example are very highly processed foods that have nearly no nutritional value. If you regularly fuel up on these foods, you will eventually be overweight and malnutritioned. Not a good way to care for God’s precious creation. Food by God includes unprocessed fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy, and grains. However, the more chemical and mechanical processes a food goes through, the less nutritive it becomes and the more your body craves in an effort to obtain the nutrition it needs.
